The Hotel Miramare's restaurant boasts first of all its magnificent location, close to the castle, and its magnificent interior design which makes it highly welcoming, elegant and refined. The cuisine mostly serves seafood based recipes, even though there is space for meat dishes as well. The chef does not want to hear anything about tradition and only wants to experiment new recipes and ideas. Some are good and some not so good. Good desserts and big wine cellar with many regional and national wines. The staff is young and enthusiastic.
