Description
Inside a historic building, along to Naviglio Grande, this beautiful restaurant is built on two separate floors and dervies its name from the ancient washing business that used to take place in the year 1500 on this exact location.
It offers a traditional Milanese and Lombarda cuisine, with little revisitations. The Lasagnette with red bell pepper and sweet provola are excellent; the rustin negaà (veal noduli with sage) and the Castelmagno with walnuts, pears and honey.
There are also seafood and vegetarian dishes.
Excellent wine cellar.
